Seven ISIS terrorist who plotting and preparing to carry out terror acts in Moscow and St. Petersburg have been arrested After Arriving from Turkey. The suspects were arrested in the city of Ekaterinburg in the Urals Region, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) confirmed.
